Board and Governance

Farm Credit of Southwest Kansas is governed by a Board of Directors which consists of ten members made up of eight stockholder borrowers elected by our stockholders, and two Appointed Directors. Directors serve three year terms and are nominated by a committee of voting stockholders. Elections are held annually following our Annual Meeting.

Board of Directors

Our Board of Directors is selected to represent each of four regions of our service area in Southwest Kansas.

Audit Committee

Our Audit Committee is comprised of five members from our Board of Directors and is established according to the provisions of the Audit Committee Charter.

Code of Ethics

Our Audit Committee and Board of Directors has adopted a Code of Ethics for its conduct.
